Our delicious scallops are a shellfish with a delicate taste which make a fantastic starter. When cooked perfectly they almost melt in your mouth.
Our favourite recipe includes pan-frying the scallops in olive oil for around a minute before flipping them over, sprinkling them with garlic, fresh red chilli and a drizzle from a halved lime. Fry on the second side for a minute as well and finish them off with roughly chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper. Serve them straight away.
